One of my favourite things about these mornings is watching complete strangers walk in… and leave with new friendships, support systems, and chatting with other woman who just get it 🫶

Hi I’m Julia, a mum of two & a passionate hypnobirthing & pregnancy relaxation teacher.

I first discovered hypnobirthing during my own pregnancies, & it completely changed my own birth experiences & how I felt about birth.

I used the techniques for both of my pregnancy’s and births & experienced first hand how powerful it can be to feel calm, confident, and in control - even when things don’t go exactly to plan.

With a background in early childhood and special education, I’ve always been drawn to supporting families, but hypnobirthing has become something truly special to me. My goal is to help you approach your own birth feeling empowered, informed, & deeply connected to your body & baby. No matter how your journey unfolds, you deserve to feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way.
