Another beautiful secret elopement to start August. 💍

Lady’s Tower in Elie was the perfect setting for such a special and intimate ceremony, with incredible views across the water and such a peaceful atmosphere.

There is something so lovely about an elopement, with the focus entirely on the couple, their promises to one another and simply enjoying the moment together.

A beautiful location, a wonderful couple and a very special way to begin the month. 🤍

Always lovely to be back at Lochside House Hotel in New Cumnock.

It is a venue I have visited many times over the years and it is always a beautiful setting for a wedding, with lovely surroundings and plenty of great spots for photos. The lodges that were added a few years back are also amazing and make it even more special for couples and guests staying over.

What a lovely day it was recently for Katie and Marcus at the beautiful Whitekirk Hill.

This was my first time at the venue and it really was stunning, especially for such a relaxed outdoor wedding ceremony.

There were so many lovely moments throughout the day, including Tess the dog doing a perfect job delivering the rings, thankfully without bypassing us all and jumping straight into the pond.

There was also great live music from the bride’s brother Stephen and friends, and a really amazing poem written by Katie’s mum, Lorna, which made the ceremony even more personal and meaningful.

It was also lovely to catch up with some old friends on the day.

Thank you again to Katie and Marcus for having me conduct your ceremony. It was a real pleasure to be part of such a special moment.
