Our first visit to the beautiful Fyvie Castle this summer, where Ting & Sam celebrated with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, followed by an intimate dinner in the castle’s stunning gallery. A truly special setting for such a lovely celebration.

We’re heading up to Stirling Castle tonight to join Spectra DMC for a banquet set-up ✨

Stirling Castle is actually where we first started tablescaping long tables, long before they became such a popular choice for events.

The last time we were there, we created a super-full, layered tablescape using our verdigris candelabras, pewter bowls and mahogany candlesticks, all arranged at mixed heights and woven together with moss, fruits and abundant florals.

We absolutely love working in this incredible space, so we’re very excited to be heading back tonight!

Arching branches of seasonal leaves and rosehips, creating a natural canopy above guests’ heads for this intimate dinner at NMS. At table level, simple autumn foliage and candlelight keep the styling low and atmospheric.

Each place setting is finished with a personalised mini pumpkin, with the individual menu printed directly onto a linen placemat for a beautifully considered seasonal detail.

Part two of Jonny & Jerome’s wedding day 🍇

The dark and moody florals followed them upstairs to the Upper Library, where we created huge, wild arrangements on our antique gold stands, surrounded by glowing candlelight in glass.

And why have one top table when you can have two?!

J & J opted for two fabulous top tables, which we squeezed as much into as we possibly could — flowers, foliage, fruit, herbs and even some veg! They were utterly delicious.

The whole team could quite happily have sat there all day and joined them! 🌿

Julep cups filled with sweet peas, spearmint, sea oats and Queen Anne’s lace filled Georgie & Kelly’s wedding teepee back in July 🌿

We absolutely adored the beautiful tablecloths designed by Kelly’s mum especially for the couple’s wedding day. Such a lovely, personal detail and the perfect backdrop to these relaxed summer flowers.

We are returning to Hopetoun House this weekend for an autumnal FEAST of botanicals for Lily & Mac 🍂

Autumn always feels like a season that has four seasons within it — constantly changing in colour, texture and mood.

These delights in the Front Hall at Hopetoun were from the very start of September, when we were only just beginning to see summer slip into autumn. The colours were starting to deepen, the textures becoming so much more interesting, and there was that first little hint of the abundance still to come.

We can’t wait to see what this weekend brings… 🍁
