Started DJ'ing on 15th May 1976, a couple of months before my 20th birthday at the Corporals Mess whilst I was in The Royal Signals in the Army in West Germany until April 1978, so on the 15th May this year it will be 47 years behind the decks. Played many genres over the years, Disco, Funk, Soul, Jazz Funk, Jazz Dance, Hip Hop, New Jack Swing, Urban, Latin, World Music and then Nu Disco and House

Mambo Club 1996 to 1999 Resident
M.I.B. at Club Mercado and at The Vaults from 1999 to 2001 Part promoter with two friends. Cuba Norte ( Salsa & Latin ) 1997 to 2001 Resident on rotation. Guest DJ various Latin Clubs 2000 to 2004
Regular Guest DJ at Havana and Arta early 00's in Glasgow ( Salsa & Latin )
Medina underneath Negociants on Monday Nights. I ran my club The Latin Quarter from 2000 to 2014
The Merlin ( Salsa / Latin night ) Monthly Sundays 2000 to 2010 Ran with a friend. Mi Salsa ( Latin Salsa Night ) Co admin with friend from 2012 to 2015 at The Minto Hotel. Salsa Cruise with Latin Explosion Annually in the 00's Resident DJ

Been Guest DJ at MFSB. Guest DJ at Salsa Weekenders 2000 to 2004

Head Hunted to work in the specialist music dept at The Virgin Megastore Princes Street Edinburgh from 1998 to 2007 for my musical knowledge. UK Salsa Awards 2010 voted Best Scottish Salsa DJ for that year. Additiinal information I from 1976 to 1984 I also played General Pop Music, which included playing at Birthdays, Weddings etc 1981 to 1982 a specialist Heavy Metal Rock night at The Place in Edinburgh. The local chapter of the Hells Angels turned up for this night weekly. Ran for one year with no incidents.

Well my run of bad luck with my health just carries on. Twice off work last month with stomach problems. Earlier this week had issues again but managed to keep working. Now this morning woke up again with pains in the stomach and what goes with that, which means another quiet day in. So disappointed as I was so looking forward to MFSB - London Calling with my friend Stevie Dundee as today's guest DJ. That will be the last three MFSB's I've missed and another London friend as guest DJ that being Christina Rosetti on Sat 19th October. Totally gutted. 😢
