The Conference People We have over 35 years experience of finding venues for our clients in the UK 🇬🇧 and Worldwide. The Conference People has been in business 26 years.

We have a wealth of experience sourcing venues for and managing a variety of events, including conferences, road-shows and product launches. Working with a venues database which contains information on over 30,000 venues worldwide, and a team of 20 people – we are experts at what we do. Here’s a brief summery of what we do:

We offer a FREE venue finding service which includes

thorough research of all venues that match the specific brief of your event. This means that we will always present the most suitable venues at the best prices. It’s so easy and all this costs you nothing! EVENT MANAGEMENT
A tailored service designed to help with the co-ordination of all or part of your event. Over the years we have organised many varied business and social events. We have a refreshingly creative approach to making events really successful. The Conference People is a highly motivated and energetic team who have a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm.

A fantastic couple of days at connect at the beautiful .

Connections and relationships are so central to all we do at The Conference People. This event was about strengthening agency relationships with venues and talking about best practices in working together.

Niki was delighted to be part of the panel for a lively and worthwhile debate.

The event was hosted by the amazing which we love 🧡 set in stunning grounds the sense of peace leads to relaxation and focus for an offsite event. The standard of hospitality is high and what we particularly like is the new kitchen garden 🪴 outside dining option where we eat produce grown at the hotel.

July round up 🗓️

Where did that month go? The month of site visits for our clients, lots of interesting and challenging enquiries (which we love) and some lovely hot summer weather!

* Our summer team meeting and get away in lovely Windsor
* Site visits in London, Yorkshire, Singapore and Tuscany to name a few!
* Enquiries for locations from Helsinki, Bratislava, Munich and of course London which remains as popular as ever!
* Events from summer party for 2500 people to a boat down to the Thames!

We love what we do and the busier the better! Keep those challenges coming in - gives us a chance to get our creative minds working.

We’re very excited to announce the launch 🚀 of our new website.

A great chance to showcase our refreshed branding and our services. We hope you like it! We certainly had a few deliberations on the photos of the team - we’re all a bit camera shy and Niki prefers a filter!

We are thrilled to be using some amazing photos from just a handful of the venues we book, these will keep changing.

A bit about our Manchester trip last week.

2.5 days

* 20 venues viewed
* fantastic client meetings
* fun networking
* great food
* 47k steps walked (ouchie)
* over 30k of steps around this wonderful city
* a warm Mancunian welcome!

Manchester continues to be a really popular location for our clients and we search there most weeks.

It’s great to see all the amazing new or newly imagined spaces opening alongside the city’s original stalwarts too. There really is something for everyone from museums and warehouses to conference centres and restaurants.

A lively and welcoming city with a huge amount of regeneration and development happening. Well connected, great transport links- we’ll be back soon as there’s still so many venues and clients to see!

We always make sure our venue knowledge is tip top so we can deliver our bespoke and personalised service to our clients.

We are placing more events in Manchester than ever and with the vibrant rejuvenation of the city combined with some exciting new venues and more opening it really is a venue hotspot.

We ❤️ our Manchester based clients too and love catching up with them when we are in the city.
