The Conference People We have over 35 years experience of finding venues for our clients in the UK 🇬🇧 and Worldwide. The Conference People has been in business 26 years.

We have a wealth of experience sourcing venues for and managing a variety of events, including conferences, road-shows and product launches. Working with a venues database which contains information on over 30,000 venues worldwide, and a team of 20 people – we are experts at what we do. Here’s a brief summery of what we do:
FREE VENUE FINDING
We offer a FREE venue finding service which includes

thorough research of all venues that match the specific brief of your event. This means that we will always present the most suitable venues at the best prices. It’s so easy and all this costs you nothing! EVENT MANAGEMENT
A tailored service designed to help with the co-ordination of all or part of your event. Over the years we have organised many varied business and social events. We have a refreshingly creative approach to making events really successful. The Conference People is a highly motivated and energetic team who have a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm.

Visiting venues is so key to what we do to ensure we are finding the best options for our clients.

Recently Niki visited and viewed the conference space and bedrooms for our clients.

She was particularly delighted to see that they have a coffee Co working lounge and delegate space. The hotel supports by purchasing their coffee beans for their delegate breaks.

The furniture in the lounge is upcycled by volunteers and Recoup. The hotel also operates a system where you can opt out of having your room serviced on stays of 2 nights or more and they will donate 1 free hot meal to - what a great initiative!

A fantastic couple of days at connect at the beautiful .

Connections and relationships are so central to all we do at The Conference People. This event was about strengthening agency relationships with venues and talking about best practices in working together.

Niki was delighted to be part of the panel for a lively and worthwhile debate.

The event was hosted by the amazing which we love 🧡 set in stunning grounds the sense of peace leads to relaxation and focus for an offsite event. The standard of hospitality is high and what we particularly like is the new kitchen garden 🪴 outside dining option where we eat produce grown at the hotel.

July round up 🗓️

Where did that month go? The month of site visits for our clients, lots of interesting and challenging enquiries (which we love) and some lovely hot summer weather!

* Our summer team meeting and get away in lovely Windsor
* Site visits in London, Yorkshire, Singapore and Tuscany to name a few!
* Enquiries for locations from Helsinki, Bratislava, Munich and of course London which remains as popular as ever!
* Events from summer party for 2500 people to a boat down to the Thames!

We love what we do and the busier the better! Keep those challenges coming in - gives us a chance to get our creative minds working.
