We have a wealth of experience sourcing venues for and managing a variety of events, including conferences, road-shows and product launches. Working with a venues database which contains information on over 30,000 venues worldwide, and a team of 20 people – we are experts at what we do. Here’s a brief summery of what we do:

A tailored service designed to help with the co-ordination of all or part of your event. Over the years we have organised many varied business and social events. Last week Niki was delighted to join .uk dinner at in Brighton.

It was really interesting to hear more about what this wonderful country has to offer for MICE groups.

Although many are familiar with Seoul and the fantastic venues there it was good to hear about other locations too. Including Incheon - home to the International airport. Close to Seoul this port and coastal city has a wealth of super slick architecturally interesting venues with capacities up to 25000 people!

Thanks for the learning and for the fantastic dinner! We love hearing more about locations we use from those who know them best.

The team have just returned from a fantastic off-site meeting at the beautiful Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, generously hosted by QHotels Collection.

Set within 54 acres of stunning Hampshire parkland, just outside the historic city of Wi******er and less than an hour from Heathrow Airport, Norton Park offers the perfect blend of business and wellbeing. Melissa had a productive day with fellow Venue Directory users, sharing insights into recent system enhancements, upcoming developments, and future innovations on the roadmap.

The session included interactive workshops, providing valuable opportunities for feedback and collaboration to help shape future improvements, alongside dedicated Q&A sessions and one-to-one discussions.

A huge thank you to the team at Crowne Plaza Stratford-upon-Avon for being such excellent hosts and providing the perfect setting for a day of learning, networking, and knowledge sharing.

Niki and Jacqui attended the Beam Spring All Members Meeting yesterday at The Cumberland Hotel. It was a fantastic turnout and an insightful session all round.

It was particularly valuable to hear about wider industry trends—many of which closely reflect our own experiences, even in what continues to be an unsettled market. The panel Q&A explored some of the key challenges facing the industry today, followed by an energising drum session that brought great energy to the room.

There was a thoughtful discussion on talent retention—an increasingly important topic for us all—before the day concluded with an engaging session on personal brand development.

A great opportunity to connect, learn, and reflect.

Niki spent the day at The BNC Show yesterday…..

“It was great to catch up with clients and our venue contacts too. I love seeing how enthusiastic people are for face to face contact. In such busy times, and more hybrid ways of working is hard to get that high touch in person time and that for me is so important. We are The Conference People and our business is about our relationships with people - our customers and our venue contacts.”
