✨ Soulah Voice & Wellbeing – Our First Event ✨
We are so excited to welcome you to the very first Soulah Voice & Wellbeing event—a space created with intention, warmth, and a genuine desire to help you reconnect with yourself.
Set right on the seafront, this 3-hour workshop offers the perfect backdrop to unwind and reset. With the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sunshine around you, you’ll be able to fully relax, breathe deeply, and embrace the moment.
This experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune—both mentally and spiritually. Whether you’re completely new to this kind of journey or already exploring it, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you can move at your own pace. There is absolutely no pressure to do or share anything that doesn’t feel right for your body or your soul.
What to expect:
🌿 A gentle welcome and introduction to help you settle in
💃 An uplifting Zumba session to raise your energy and get you out of your head and into your body
🍓 A relaxing break with fresh fruit platters and juices
✨ A manifestation workshop where we’ll explore different techniques, uncover potential limiting beliefs, and practise manifesting together
🧘♀️ Moments of calming meditation woven throughout to help you ground, reset, and reconnect
🔮 A closing mediumship demonstration—where you can choose to receive a reading or simply sit back and experience the magic. There may just be a message waiting to reach you…
