✨ Soulah Voice & Wellbeing – Our First Event ✨

We are so excited to welcome you to the very first Soulah Voice & Wellbeing event—a space created with intention, warmth, and a genuine desire to help you reconnect with yourself.

Set right on the seafront, this 3-hour workshop offers the perfect backdrop to unwind and reset. With the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sunshine around you, you’ll be able to fully relax, breathe deeply, and embrace the moment.

This experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune—both mentally and spiritually. Whether you’re completely new to this kind of journey or already exploring it, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you can move at your own pace. There is absolutely no pressure to do or share anything that doesn’t feel right for your body or your soul.

What to expect:

🌿 A gentle welcome and introduction to help you settle in
💃 An uplifting Zumba session to raise your energy and get you out of your head and into your body
🍓 A relaxing break with fresh fruit platters and juices
✨ A manifestation workshop where we’ll explore different techniques, uncover potential limiting beliefs, and practise manifesting together
🧘‍♀️ Moments of calming meditation woven throughout to help you ground, reset, and reconnect

🥞Bridal Brunch! 🍇

We had to pleasure to cater for a bridal party of 10 this morning! 💙 This beautiful bunch enjoyed a great selection of food as they got ready for this special day! 😍

🍋 Ham and Cheese croissant’s
🍋 Fresh Fruit platter
🍋 Salmon and cream cheese bagels
🍋 Buttermilk pancakes with honey and maple syrup
🍋 Greek Yoghurt with raisin and almond granola
🍋 Gooey Chocolate brownies

It was so lovely to see everyone so excited for the day! Was a true pleasure to be able to provide for them all!

We are thrilled to announce our website is now live! With some finishing touches still to do and amendments to be made we are glad to finally have it launched! 🎉

We chose to use social media as our main point of contact and advertisement, especially as a small business with forever rising costs! So without the amazing customers and support we’ve had in our first year, we wouldn’t have been encouraged, or maybe even able to take this step! 🎈🎊

3 days of having it live and already receiving enquiries is such a joy for us! 😊

The ultimate grazing board 🤩

Our customer was celebrating the big 4 0, so it was only fair we provided the perfect grazing board to impress the guests… featuring Cheddar, Blue Stilton and Brie, Rosemary and Sea Salt crackers, a variety of fruits and savoury items too! Scented and garnished with fresh Rosemary, Thyne and Mint 🍇🍓🫐🍊🧀
