Hi all, thought we should add the following post.
18 months ago, we began an adventure. Jo had been facing redundancy and an uncertain future in regards to work, which made us think hard about the next chapter and where we might end up. We've always loved our food π and the idea of a food trailer had been in the back of minds previously. Hence the birth of The Little Green Kitchen and our adventure down this path.
Our first events this time last year were a real learning curve, but we threw ourselves into it and put as much love, sweat and tears into making our menu as we could.
We have really enjoyed serving our customers over the past year, and the positive feedback has been amazing, thanks to everyone who has contributed to our journey! It has been a phenomenal 12 months, and to have been so successful has exceeded our expectations by a mile.
In recent months, Jo's full-time job has actually expanded and evolved and the redundancy threat is no longer applicable. This, along with certain personal events leaves little time for other tasks, and so with great sadness we have decided to sell our little trailer.
And so we said goodbye to The Little Green Kitchen this week, and we now say farewell to you all as well. It's been a brilliant journey, and we wouldn't have been able to travel it without all of you, so thank you all.
We have proved there is a need for delicious quality vegetarian street food, let's hope hope there are others that take up the space we have left.
Who knows what the future may bring though?
