It's Blue Monday, supposedly the most depressing day of the year, and this bowl of pretty spring flowers is dedicated to you if you are feeling blue today!
I've definitely experienced seasonal depression in the past, and something that always helped me was remembering that spring is on the way.
If you're feeling less than your best today, take care of yourself, remember rest is a productive activity, and we will get through to the sunshine soon!

If you're in SW England and love a winter flower, do pop into the Garden House Snowdrop Festival. It's a beautiful place with an exceedingly good café and lots of cute friendly robins - and among their abundance of beautiful winter flowers, you can see my dad's huge collection of snowdrops which were gifted to the Garden House after he passed away in 2019.

Thank you to Kirsty Owen-Hayward who won the bidding for a bespoke Christmas wreath in the It's in the Bag Testicular Cancer Support Christmas charity auction!
She told me she would like vibrant colours so I went all-in on festive brights and I love how it turned out.
