Well… this is a little bit exciting 🥹🩷

Rita’s is in the news! 📰✨

What started as a small idea to send a little bit of kindness (and cake! 🍰) to people who had been left disappointed has ended up being featured in the press!

I never expected anything from it — I simply wanted to do something nice and hopefully restore a little faith in small businesses. 🩷

Rita’s is still very much a small business, with me baking away in my kitchen, so seeing our name in an article like this feels a little surreal!

💗 HELLO & WELCOME TO RITA’S! 💗

We’ve had over 100 new followers join us recently, so I wanted to pop on and say a huge HELLO 👋🏼 and welcome! 🥰

The last few days have been a little bit crazy behind the scenes — our website has been busier than ever, and it’s honestly been so lovely seeing so many of you having a browse! 👀🍰

I’ve also been working away making a few changes to the website to make it simpler, clearer and easier to order, especially for those of you who are new to Rita’s. 💕

If you’ve only just found us, Rita’s is all about proper nostalgic cakes, chunky cookies, traybakes and our Mystery Boxes — all made with a whole lot of love and available for delivery. 📦✨

There’s been different names, different kitchens, lots of learning, plenty of late nights 😂 and probably far too much taste testing along the way… but baking has always been the thing I come back to. 💕
