It’s been just over a month since the curtain on my pantomime season this year. That month has given me some time to reflect on what an amazing season it was for me, not only was it my first Panto season as a freelancer for almost 8 years, but after some schedule changes it meant a venue change for me too.
This change up allowed me to be fully involved with the technical process on both shows and gave me a reminder of not only how important the pre-production and rehearsal process is but also the connection that process gives you with the cast and crew, ultimately fostering a great collaborative process and a better end product!
I feel incredibly lucky that Evolution Productions trust me to design 2 of their shows and that I have such a great team of people around me to help me bring these shows to life!
So a massive thank you to all the crew at both Grove Theatre Dunstableeatredunstable and The Alban Arena and Pak Li Yu for doing an incredible job manning the faders in Dunstable this year.
