Round The World Vegan Food Marwick's was founded in 2016 by Mike and Lois Marwick. We opened our first shop in 2016 in Union Street in Dundee.

We opened with a focus on sustainable and ethical produce and then in January 2018 we turned our business vegan. We were the first fully vegan establishment in Dundee and we very quickly outgrew our premises. We had a brief pop up in bigger premises in 2019 and then just as we were looking to find a bigger permanent home, Covid came in 2020. So in 2021 we began making Vegan Food from our kitchen f

or home delivery and other events that we cater. World Vegan Street Food is a concept we developed through considering the way climate change and the need to travel less, may curtail our future travel plans. We want to bring you new food experiences without the need for you to leave your own home. So come on a journey with us and Travel The World Through Food as we take you to different countries weekly! We work with many local suppliers and try and use seasonal vegetables. We are constantly looking at how we can be more sustainable, We are by no means perfect in anything we do, but we are trying to lead a more simple and sustainable life. We do it for our four children at home with us in the hope of a better future.

We’re always trying to find ways to spice up the food we do and now we are going to bring you our Round the World Food on a Friday. Each menu will be nutritious, colourful Street Food from either the Americas, Europe or Asia.

We’re trying to bring our home delivery in line with the food we want to serve live. Also it might be based one one country, like Mexico, or we might do a menu that’s based on a whole continent as it all works well together.

Food will come chilled as before and can be enjoyed for up to 48 hours from delivery. But instead of 3 course menu think more- a Vegan Street Food Feast of a Takeaway!

Come on a journey with us. Each delivery we will take you to a different continent switching between the Americas, Europe and Asia.

We may focus on a single country, like Mexico or we may choose a selection of food from the area that compliments each other.

The focus we be on nutritious, colourful street food and it’s going to be your Friday Night Feast.

🇵🇸 Trying to put into words just how amazing last night was. said a week a ago, let’s do a fundraiser for in the and a week later it’s all done ✔️

With a sold out Fundraiser we are still trying raise as much money as we can for . We are doing a raffle on the night. However as we already have some amazing prizes and we know people can’t make it we are selling tickets all this week.

Our Story

Marwick’s is run by Mike and Lois Marwick. We opened in December 2016 and in January 2018 we converted to being 100% Vegan.

Both of us have backgrounds in catering prior to having our kids. We’ve lived in various places across the world and had various jobs too since then. However we started thinking about food places again a couple of years ago and when we saw the property in Union Street, it all fell into place.

With 4 children, we started becoming mindful of our carbon footprint and have tried to evolve our home and now shop to be more ethical, sustainable and cruelty free. Becoming Vegan seemed like the next logical step.

So we’ve got a lot to learn, but are having lots of fun doing so. Mike, Lois, Jasmine, Ruby, Max and Isaac Marwick.
