With a very busy year already underway, I wanted to remind our lovely couples of some of our important terms and conditions.
I've tried to be really flexible but time is becoming more and more precious with no days off between now and September (including weekends!)
Anyone who has shopped around will know my prices arent high. I set out to give couples the opportunity to have gorgeous weddings without breaking the bank but without being firmer about my terms i will break my own bank!
I can only offer 1 free consultation.. They often take between 1 and 2 hours with travel too if I come to meet you. Thats at least 2 unpaid hours of work per couple . Multiply that by 10 couples per month, thats 20 hours of unpaid work every month.
I can do that but any more and it really does impact and will lead to an increase in prices to cover it which would be unfair on those who do have just one appointment.
Im very happy to answer any number of questions by email and Whatsapp and telephone calls are welcome too. If you do feel a face to face is essential, I will need to charge an hourly fee to cover the cost.
Lily Rose is me. I deal with all appointments, admin, messages, emails, social media, marketing, accounts, ordering stock, packing and unpacking, washing, ironing, sorting out printing orders, collecting printing, creating floral arrangements and arches, making bouquets, the list is endless. This is withput actually styling the weddings.
I appreciate it can be difficult to take time off work to attend appointments in the week but as wedding season kicks in my weekends are full of set ups and strip downs leaving just a few hours each evening for family and home.
As you can imagine these hours are not only precious but essential for my wellbeing and health too.
These arent new terms, these have been in place since I started the business but after a large number of recent requests I realised I needed to remind people.
