We completely understand that plans can change and things don’t always go as expected.

If you need to cancel a booking, please try to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. As a small family-run business, we don’t take deposits, so late cancellations can leave us with little chance of re-hiring the inflatable and recovering the lost earnings.

We’re always understanding, and we know these things happen, but as this is our family’s income, a little notice really does make a big difference.

⚠️ Please remember to switch off robot lawnmowers before your inflatable hire ⚠️

Unfortunately this is happening more often and robot mowers can cause serious damage to inflatables.

We never want to cause upset or frustration, but as stated in our hire agreement, any damage caused on the customer’s property will need to be covered by the customer.
