Table numbers with bows! 😍

These little beauties will definitely add the WOW factor to your wedding table decor! They are printed onto luxurious textured off white card and in this case have been finished with a dusty blue colour satin bow (other colours available)

WEDDING TABLE NAMES OR NUMBERS?

I get asked this question all the time and personally i love it when my clients choose to name their tables as i think it adds a lovely personal touch to your day. Plus depending on what names you’ve picked, they can be a great conversation starter for your guests!

If you choose to have names the possibilities are endless (within reason!😉) I have created table name cards featuring football teams, castles, flowers, Disney characters, holiday destinations and types of gins to name but a few.

✨Q&A // When should you send your invitations out?
The timing of this really depends on whether you’ve already sent save the dates or not.

If you haven’t sent save the dates, then I would suggest sending your wedding invitations roughly four to six months before your wedding date. This will give your guests plenty of time to book accommodation if needed, make travel arrangements, and RSVP.

If however you’ve sent save the dates to your guests, then you can afford to wait a bit longer before sending out your wedding invitations. However I wouldn’t leave it any later than 8 weeks before your wedding date just in case those travelling from further afield need to book accommodation etc.

If you are planning a destination wedding or your guests are coming from overseas then you might want to send your wedding invitations a little earlier. This will give your guests plenty of time to book flights, arrange accommodation and if needed book time off work!

This is only a mere guide though, there is no right or wrong time to send your invitations out but do bare in mind when your venue and caterers need your final numbers by.
