Please read carefully before placing your order 🎀
💕 BOOKING & PAYMENTS
• Orders are NOT secured until a booking fee has been paid.
• Orders £15 and under require full payment upfront.
• Please confirm once payment has been sent — missed payments may result in your order not being booked in.
• Unpaid orders risk losing the requested date/slot.
🎀 DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• All booking fees and payments are non-refundable.
• It’s recommended to pay your remaining balance just before/on collection in case cancellation is needed.
• If full payment has been made and you cancel, payments cannot be refunded.
• Payments can only be transferred to a new date with 4 weeks’ notice or more.
• Less than 4 weeks’ notice will result in loss of payment.
🖤 DESIGN DISCLAIMER
• If asked to recreate a design that isn’t my own, I will always try my best to replicate it, but exact results cannot be guaranteed.
💕 SATISFACTION & REFUNDS
• Any issues must be mentioned upon collection/delivery so I can resolve them.
• Full refunds are only given if there is a genuine mistake on my part (e.g. wrong flavour).
• The cake must be returned with only one slice removed for a full refund.
• Alternatively, you may keep the cake and receive a 25% partial refund.
🎀 DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
• Once collected/delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• Any damage after this point is not my responsibility.
• If I am available to repair damage after collection/delivery, a repair fee will apply.
🖤 COLLECTION & STORAGE
• Place your order on the passenger-side floor during transport.
• Drive carefully & keep your vehicle cool.
• Store in the fridge once home.
• Remove shortly before your event.
