An Exclusive Event at Cowdray Park Polo Club

Roaring Donkey Mobile Bar & Kitchen by Signature Catering Ltd had the pleasure of catering at the stunning Cowdray Park Polo Club, a truly special setting for an exclusive event.

Our menu was all about quality food, cooked fresh and served straight from the grill:

• Cheeseburger with tomato, onion & lettuce
• Hot dog with onions
• Vegetarian burger or hot dog
• Grilled chicken kebab with flatbread & salads

A private dinner party for 12, with a menu prepared especially for the occasion.

Guests enjoyed grilled scallops with pancetta and Parmesan crisp to start, followed by Thai honey and ginger chicken. Dessert was a choice of strawberry sablé and key lime pie.

A wonderful 60th birthday celebration in Goring-on-Sea, with a relaxed summer menu for family and friends to enjoy.
Guests were served chicken flatbreads, goat's cheese tart, a continental meat platter, and a selection of fresh seasonal salads. A lovely way to celebrate such a special milestone.

A lovely wedding celebration in Odiham, with a menu full of delicious dishes for the guests to enjoy.

The meal began with tomato tarte tatin, pâté and scallops with linguine, followed by salmon with caramelised lemon and grilled beef with shallot and wild mushroom gratin.

For dessert, guests enjoyed chocolate mousse and pear and frangipane tart.

A beautiful day, great food and a wonderful couple to celebrate.

A wonderful summer gathering at Cliddesden Village Hall, where we had the pleasure of catering for 85 guests.

Our freshly prepared buffet featured roast sirloin, honey roast ham, roast pork and chicken with bacon, served alongside a selection of fresh seasonal salads and breads. Perfect for bringing people together over great food on a summer's day.
