Betley Bonfire The Biggest Bonfire and Fireworks Display In The Region. Held on the nearest Saturday to November 5th each year. The EVENT IS TICKET ONLY!

The event is taking place at Betley Court Farm CW3 9BH on the A531, in the charming village of Betley on the Staffordshire/Cheshire border. The natural amphitheatre of Betley Mere parkland, makes a perfect place for viewing the many and varied attractions. With a chill in the air, wrap up warm, wellingtons on, then head to one of the finest and some say the biggest bonfire and fireworks display in

the Country. Gates open at 4.00 pm, expect a lot of traffic, so come early! Bonfire lighting is at 6.00 pm. Fireworks, from Merlin Fireworks (one of Europe’s leading professional display companies) will provide an amazing and breathtaking aerial display, once the sky has developed velvet blackness. Stanworths Funfair is once again supporting the event, with giant rides for the brave and gentle rides for the young. There will be plenty of aromatic food stalls, roast pork, beef burgers, hot dogs, chips, do-nuts and ice-cream. Plenty of FREE parking

Betley Bonfire Committee Support New Disabled Access and Seating Area at Betley Cricket Club

On Saturday, members of the Betley Bonfire Committee were delighted to attend the official opening of the newly installed disabled access at Betley Cricket Club. This upgrade, which includes a new decking and seating area, was supported by a donation from the Bonfire Awards Scheme.

The improvements aim to make the club more accessible and welcoming for all members of the community. The committee is proud to contribute to projects that promote inclusivity and enhance local facilities. Well done to everyone involved in bringing this fantastic addition to life!

All of this comes at the terrific value for money of £5 for children (under 14’s) and £10 for adults. Children under 5 are free and don’t forget, FREE parking. Come along and join us, with fun for ALL the family to help us keep the tradition alive!!!!!!
