It’s brilliant to see the hard work paying off and the community coming together—something we’re always proud to support 💙

What a day, what a team, and what a spirit. 🏉
Out of over 30 clubs competing, this incredible group fought their way to an outstanding 2nd place finish - missing the top spot by just 2 points. A result that could sting, but honestly, it only tells part of the story.
Because today wasn’t just about the scoreboard!
It was about the spirit of rugby. The respect shown on and off the pitch. The way this team supported each other through every tackle, every try, every moment of pressure. The way they carried themselves with pride and determination from start to finish.
And then there was the unforgettable experience of meeting Martin Johnson. Hearing his fantastic motivational speech, straight from someone who’s been at the very top of the game, was something special.
What stood out just as much were the words from other teams - calling them a “lovely team” and praising the positive, supportive energy from the parents on the sidelines. That kind of recognition means everything. It reflects the values behind the performance🙌🏉🙌
They played fantastically. They represented everything good about the game. Second place, yes, but in so many ways, they led the field.
Proud is an understatement🏉🙌🏉
