Could you bring the energy to someone's big day?
We're looking for one more brilliant person to join our Playworld team, mainly working weekends and parties.
Applicants must be aged 16 or over.
This could be a perfect first job. You don't need loads of experience and we don't expect you to know everything from day one.
What we do need is someone who cares.
Someone who can smile and chat to customers, get stuck in when we're busy, notice what needs doing and help make a child's birthday feel really special.
What you'll be doing
You'll help us:
Welcome birthday children and their families
Set up and host parties
Serve party food and help with the all-important cake moment 🎂
Clear, clean and reset party rooms
Help around Playworld when parties aren't running
Keep everything clean, safe and looking great
Give families the friendly Playworld experience we want them to remember
Who we're looking for
You don't need previous experience. We're much more interested in you.
You'll need to be:
Friendly 😊
Confident enough to talk to customers
Reliable and punctual
Happy to get stuck in
Able to work as part of a team
Willing to learn
Available to work weekends
And perhaps most importantly...
You need to bring your smile!
We can teach you how to host a Playworld party.
We can show you how everything works.
But we need you to bring the enthusiasm, kindness and willingness to help.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
We do expect you to care from day one.

We're Hiring! Sunday Cook Wanted!
Sundays | 10:00am to 5:15pm
We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Cook to join our team at Playworld every Sunday.
This is a busy role at the heart of our café, preparing freshly cooked food for families enjoying their day with us.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and cooking items from our café menu to a high standard.
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised throughout the day.
Following food hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.
Washing up and maintaining a clean working environment.
Helping ensure orders are prepared efficiently during busy periods.
Working as part of our friendly team to deliver a great customer experience.
We're looking for someone who:
Is organised and able to stay calm when it's busy.
Has some cooking experience, whether that's in a commercial kitchen or preparing meals for a busy family.
Takes pride in producing good quality food.
Understands the importance of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Is hardworking, reliable and punctual.
Enjoys being part of a friendly team.
A Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.

🥵 TOO HOT OUTSIDE? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED! ❄️
Our air conditioning was on full today and it worked a treat! 💙
Families stayed cool, little ones played happily, and everyone enjoyed escaping the heat in a safe, comfortable environment.
✨ Good news... we're doing it all again tomorrow!
