We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking person to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Hours:

• One daytime shift and one evening shift per week.
Day time shift can accommodate school hours if required

• Additional hours available to cover holidays and staff leave.

Previous kitchen or catering experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role You will be involved in all aspects of running our food trailer, including:

• Preparing and cooking food.
• Serving customers and taking orders.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Opening, closing and keeping the trailer running smoothly.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Uses their own initiative and can work independently when needed.
• Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers.
• Flexible and willing to cover additional shifts when required.

I don't want to be that person but sometimes you've just gotta!!
To the teenagers of Bow (and some adults I might add)
We absolutely love to see you use the picnic bench at the mojo, we want to share it with you all.... But the rubbish being left behind when there's a bin provided for you is getting beyond ridiculous! I don't understand the attitude to just chuck it on the floor and walk away!
Please throw your rubbish away, we equally don't mind co-op packaging in our bins, let's just keep it nice for everyone, it isn't much to ask!

☀️ We are keeping an eye on the current temperature in the trailer; as you can imagine with the grills on, ovens, heat cabinets and fryers the temperature can be + 10oc and with no air flow it can get rather warmies!
We are made of some pretty tough stuff so plan to stay open as normal, however if the temperature gets to a level where its unbearable we will take the view to close.
definitely worth calling first if you're travelling to us just to double check we are there but a post will also be put up if we have closed
