Some of the savoury croissants or pretty little pasties, I made for !!
‘The Chip Butty’ - dauphinoise potato, in cross laminated croissant dough, and deep fried for the ultimate combination of layer upon layer of flavour and texture, served with a garlic aioli 🤤!!
The ‘Pretty Little Pasty’ of Braised shin of beef, in a red wine sauce, with celeriac puree!!
A luxury Parmesan and truffle bow, filled with Parmesan and truffle custard!!

I had a bit of fun for this year’s making some cool new patisseries, expanding the croissant 🥐 collection, and creating some new ‘Pretty Little Pasties’ savoury range. Been a hard push all week, but so worth it when it makes people smile!!
