The Prodigy - Milton Keynes Bowl

We were delighted to work with over the weekend as they brought The Prodigy Official back to The National Bowl MK!

We deployed staff to manage the control room and response to incidents, control radio channels and operate CCTV. We also deployed our ‘Control in a box’ system to provide triple-redundant connectivity, control room recording, digital signage and backup power.

The whole operation was powered by our custom Incident Management Portal, allowing all agencies within the event control room and off-site tactical suite to share information in real time and create a common operating picture.

Enormous amounts of time and effort goes into the planning that is rarely ever seen.

The evacuation plans. The lockdown procedures. The emergency announcements. The list is endless.

The planning going unseen is a good thing. It means everyone is safe. It means nothing untoward has happened. It means the event has happened without incident. That is always the goal.

However, those plans are there. Ready to kick in at a moments notice. With a click of a switch, a press of a button and an all call across the PA system.

Hopefully, you’ll never need to see us wearing these!

We’ve recently invested in a set of specialist tabards, compliant with the JESIP guidance, to indicate our team’s roles in the event of a significant or major incident.

Donning them helps us to integrate seamlessly into the emergency services command structure on scene, and ensure your event is best represented at multi-agency meetings during an incident.

We don’t wear them routinely, but rest assured they’re ready at a moments notice should the need arise.

Houghton 2026.

This weekend we deployed a multi-disciplinary team to manage and co-ordinate the operations for our fifth year in a row!

We provided gate managers, event control room managers and controllers, operations managers and incident commanders to support the 4 day long festival.

We’re more than just event control rooms.

It’s the final day of Keswick Convention!

We’ve been working with Keswick Ministries since January to plan, design, produce and deliver this one-of-a-kind event!

With responsibility for Event Operations, Safety, Event Control, Site Design & Build, Security and SAG liaison; it’s definitely been a busy one!

We’re more than just Event Control Rooms.

It’s tabletop day!

Today we held a 35 strong tabletop session for Keswick Convention, a 21 day long Christian event in the Lake District.

Partners from across the events sector and statutory agencies came together to test our plans and responses to a series of business as usual and extraordinary scenarios.

We’ve gone away with lists of things we’re getting right but crucially things we need to adapt and amend too - the perfect outcome of any TTX!

Thanks to all those who travelled from Cumbria, Manchester, Coventry and London to be with us and here’s to a safe and successful Convention in a few weeks time!

Radio 1’s Big Weekend!

It was a joy to continue to support BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend for the 4th consecutive year!

Our Incident Management Portal was deployed into the on-site multi agency control room and handled communication, information sharing and record keeping across more than a dozen teams!

Wow Coventry! What a day!

It has been an absolute delight to support the delivery of WE ARE BACK: LIVE! to celebrate Coventry City’s promotion to the Premier League!

Working alongside our clients and partners at and , we deployed teams to co-ordinate 6 separate control rooms across the city!

Powered by our Incident Management Portal and our temporary ‘control room in a box’ kits, half a dozen control rooms came together to produce a phenomenal day of celebration for the club and fans.
