A true pleasure to support Hope & Henry’s wedding with a setup that felt uniquely theirs. 🤍

Set within a picturesque countryside village hall, we transformed the outdoor space into a relaxed yet beautifully considered setting for both the ceremony and celebrations, supplying:

And honestly, this is exactly what we love about outdoor events: creating a space that works beautifully from day through to night, whatever the occasion.

A last-minute booking, a tight turnaround, and a rather important job to get right. 🎪

We were called in to support an incredible wedding at one of the most picturesque venues, providing cover for Tiger Events East Anglia’s quirky mini golf & garden games because, unfortunately, the British weather had other plans! ☔️

With just 2.5 hours between changeovers, our team completed the full build from 10:00am–12:30pm, transforming the space and getting everything ready for guests.

Then, after the celebrations, it was back in at 6:00am the following morning for a 1.5-hour strike, completed by 7:30am to meet the venue’s requirements.

From a last-minute booking to a perfectly timed build and strike, this one was all about planning, precision and ex*****on.

A great example of what can be achieved when every minute counts. 👏

A statement entrance display we created for the Siemens ELT26 event earlier this year ✨

The brief was to create something that would make an impact as guests arrived, while also providing a natural photo point without taking over the available entrance space.

Following an in-person site visit, we identified the central stairway as the perfect spot, allowing us to work vertically and make use of the existing architecture rather than adding unnecessary footprint.

After exploring a few concepts through mockup visuals, we landed on a simple but effective combination: a statement balloon arch in Siemens’ teal, metallic gold and pearl tones, paired with illuminated marquee LED characters positioned front and centre.

Sometimes the most effective event styling isn’t about filling a space with more; it’s about finding the right space, framing it properly and letting a few key elements do the talking. ✨

Our team had an incredible time bringing this corporate summer party to life on the gorgeous grounds of Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield! From daytime festival fun to an illuminated evening.

The Stretch Tent Setup: We pitched a striking stretch tent right on the lawns, creating a massive, versatile outdoor hub for guests to gather, complete with patio furniture and heaters framing the space.

Event Lighting: As the evening went on, we transformed the vibe with vibrant uplighters and patio heaters to keep the party glowing and comfortable while the evening catering kicked off 🌆🔥
