Today at the Ori Artists Salon, we welcomed writer and director, who shared an exciting glimpse into new work currently in development.

There is something powerful about being in a room surrounded by makers, creators, builders, and dreamers. It opens the mind. It sharpens perspective. It allows you to truly witness the greatness in others and, in turn, reflect on your own.

This kind of work doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years of exploration, play, persistence, and often moments where nothing seems to land, until something finally resonates at a deeper level.

Hearing Ricky speak about his new (secret) project was genuinely inspiring. His ideas are expansive, imaginative, and full of possibility, the kind of thinking that doesn’t just exist within the world, but has the potential to shape it.

We’re excited to continue witnessing where this journey leads.

Haroon Al Abdali is not just a contortionist or a freestyler — he is a complete original. His body speaks in ways words cannot, bending form, rhythm, and expectation into something entirely his own.

Tracy has been empowering women in this industry for over two decades. As the founder and creative director of , she has consistently brought vision, creative direction, and unwavering support to high scale events and performances. More importantly, she has always championed every IT Girl to follow her own path, make bold choices, and do what feels right for her career and her life.

When you put work out into the world, it will always invite opinions. Sometimes that feedback is supportive, sometimes it’s critique, and sometimes it can feel misunderstood or misrepresented. But the most important thing is knowing your intention, knowing what you do and why you do it, and standing firmly in that truth.

That clarity and conviction is something has always carried.

We love that she has chosen to evolve her brand while still holding onto the spirit that made it powerful in the first place: female independence, energy, and empowerment. The IT Girls isn’t just a concept , it’s a movement and a legacy that has stood the test of time.

So if you’re an IT Girl reading this, read it with IT Girl energy, confidence, independence, and pride.

We see you. We celebrate you. And Tracy… we love you. 💫

When is a performer in their prime?

There is no definitive answer.

When a woman says, “I think I’m getting too old for this,” that sentence deserves to be removed from the vocabulary entirely. Age is not the enemy of artistry; it is the very thing that deepens it.

Abigail Collins is a glowing example of this truth.

A woman working in the industry with strength, grace, and authenticity not apologising for time passing, but celebrating the richness it brings.

Seeing women continue to thrive, evolve, and own their space reminds the next generation that artistry does not expire.

It grows.
It expands.
And when we allow it to, it becomes even more powerful. ✨

This is what it means to trust your artistry.
To believe that what lives inside you is enough to fill a room.

Every artist’s journey is different, but moments like this remind us that the goal isn’t to chase every stage in the city, it’s to build the one that truly belongs to you.

Keep on building .m._kane

This was such a beautiful night of honesty, courage, and original music. ✨

When’s the next ?! 🧡

You won’t find the right room by staying comfortable.

You have to step into different spaces.
Wear different hats.
Walk into open mics where no one knows your name.
Enter new venues where the energy hasn’t decided what to make of you yet.

That takes courage.

Walk in knowing you add value.
Not ego.
Value.

As performers, we read energy. We feel it immediately.
If something feels misaligned, trust that instinct.

But also ask yourself
Is this room wrong?
Or is it waiting for someone to shift it?

You may be the shift.
Your light.
Your voice.
Your presence.

Move with awareness.
Move with discernment.
But always move from love
for yourself first, and then for everyone else in the space.

That’s power.
