Meet Manny & Ruby 🍽️
Things are changing around here… and we’re really excited about what’s ahead.
For those of you who already know us, hello! And for those of you who don’t, hello to you too.
We thought it was about time we re-introduced ourselves.
We’re Manny & Ruby, the team behind Manny’s Kitchen, brought together by a love of Sri Lankan food, bold flavours and creating experiences that bring people together.
The name Manny’s Kitchen came from where it all began - cooking from Manny’s kitchen. Since then, the business has grown through the two of us working together, cooking, creating and building what comes next.
At the heart of everything we do is Sri Lankan food - vibrant spices, fresh ingredients and dishes full of flavour, inspired by the food and traditions we love.
Manny is also a Registered Associate Nutritionist, bringing professional knowledge of nutrition into the way we think about fresh ingredients, quality and balance. Together, we bring the warmth, flavour and hospitality that defines Manny’s Kitchen.
And now, we’re ready for a new chapter.
You’ll start to notice a few changes around here as we share more of what we do, from supper clubs and private events to corporate catering, pop ups, behind-the-scenes moments and plenty more.
We’re excited about where Manny’s Kitchen is going and we’re looking forward to sharing the journey with you.
