Time for another CAMP LIGAYA menu highlight!

Presenting…the ZAMBOANGA KNICKERBOCKER 🍨

Created in Zamboanga City 🇵🇭, this colourful dessert layers mango, watermelon, banana, gulaman, nata de coco, and sweet milk, finished with strawberry ice cream.
It’s light, refreshing, and very Asia’s Latin City energy.

It shares a name with the UK’s Knickerbocker Glory- a rich ice cream sundae from early 1900s.
The British version is creamy and indulgent whilst the Zamboanga Knickerbocker is fresh, fruity, and tropical.

A sweet reminder of home,served under Cornish skies.
