We're getting ready to go back to school!!!

Our online menu for the September 2026 school term is now available to view and order at:
www.kingswoodcatering.co.uk
Please place your meal orders by 10:00am on Thursday 27th August 2026 to ensure meals are booked for the start of the new school term.
Premium Free School Meals (Income-Related)
If you receive qualifying benefits and believe your child is entitled to Premium Free School Meals, please ensure you reapply before the new school year.
All current Premium Free School Meal eligibility ends on 31st August 2026, so a new application may be required to continue receiving this entitlement.
Universal Free School Meals (KS1)
If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, you do not need to apply for Universal Free School Meals. All children in Key Stage 1 automatically receive Universal Free School Meals regardless of household income.

That's a Wrap for the 2025/26 School Year!

As another fantastic school year comes to an end, we'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our pupils, parents, carers, schools and dedicated catering team for your continued support throughout the year.

We hope everyone has a wonderful, safe and relaxing summer holiday!

Looking Ahead to September

Our online meal ordering system at www.kingswoodcatering.co.uk will be live from 1st August 2026, giving parents and carers plenty of time to book meals ready for the new school term.

We encourage all parents and carers to log in and create or update their accounts before the new term begins. This is also the perfect opportunity to check and update your child's dietary requirements or allergies, ensuring we have the most up-to-date information before they return to school.

Please remember: Our weekly ordering cut-off is Thursday at 10:00am for school meals required the following week. However, once the menu is live, you are welcome to place orders for the entire school term if you wish.

Premium Free School Meals Changes

If your child currently receives Premium Free School Meals (means-tested Free School Meals), please note that eligibility will end on 31st August 2026. To continue receiving this entitlement (if eligible), you will need to submit a new application before the start of the new academic year.

Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1 & Year 2)

If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 (Key Stage 1), they are automatically entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals regardless of household income.

To receive these meals, simply create a Kingswood Education Catering Ltd online account and place orders for the meals you would like your child to enjoy. There is no charge for Universal Infant Free School Meals.

Summer Office Closure

Please note that the Kingswood Education Catering Ltd office will be closed during the summer holidays. Any emails or enquiries received during this time will be responded to as soon as possible when the office reopens ahead of the new school term.

Welcome back! We hope you all had a wonderful break and are ready for a fantastic new term.

Just a friendly reminder to make sure your child's school meals are ordered in time. We've noticed quite a few families have not yet placed their orders, and we wouldn't want anyone to miss out on their favourite lunches!

👉 Please log in to your online account at www.kingswoodcatering.co.uk to place your meal orders by 10am on Thursday 4th June 2026.

📅 Orders need to be placed and paid for before Thursday 4th June for meals starting Monday 8th June right through to the Summer Holidays.

⚽ And don't forget! We have our exciting World Cup Theme Day on Thursday 11th June 2026, with a special themed menu to celebrate. It's sure to be a winning day!
