What better way to spend a rainy day than having afternoon tea delivered direct to your door😊.

This bespoke menu was :
Finger sandwiches including lemon zested smoked salmon, coronation chicken & rocket, and triple cheese & chive.
Caramelised onion, mushroom & thyme tartlets
Ploughman's tarts
Carrot cake cupcakes with orange cream cheese icing topped with edible flowers
Sweet scones with a selection of homemade made jam & clotted cream

The only thing my clients had to do was sit back and enjoy it - lovely.

A lovely selection of bread heading to Copplestone Farm Shop this morning.
Large & small sourdough, sun dried tomato & oregano loaf, cranberry & cinnamon fruit bread, rustic granary and white loaves plus, of course, rosemary & sea salt focaccia.
Pop on down to grab yourself some while its still warm and stock up with fruit, veg and all the essentials while you are - perfect

** Ashreigney pop up bakery **
We'll be back in Ashreigney again on Monday 15th September in the village hall car park at 10.30am.
If you saw our last post, you'll know that from now our pop ups will have to be for pre orders only please to reduce wastage and to stop me and Georgie from freezing to death over winter 😬.

This is my current price list which includes most of my produce, have a look through and if there's something you fancy then message me (whatsapp if poss or text/email/voicemail etc) by Saturday morning to ensure it'll be waiting for you on Monday.
Individual items such as cinnamon buns, scones etc will need to be a minimum of 4 please.
The list doesn't include everything so don't hesitate to get etc in touch if your favourite is not on there. I usually have a selection of jams, preserves and fresh soup available as well plus Im always open to new ideas....😊.

As not everyone is on FB please can you spread the word about pre ordering if possible, thank you and hope to see you on Monday

CHANGES TO OUR POP UP BAKERY
With winter fast approaching and with our produce (and us😄) not being waterproof Easterhill Farm Kitchen and I have decided to make our 3 pop up bakeries available for pre-orders only from now on.
We have had amazing support from everyone so are determined to keep it going but we hate wastage and want to bake just what our customers would like.
Orders would need to be in by the Saturday morning before at the latest but the earlier you can order the better👍
'Menus' are available at our markets and will do a post with them again soon but if you are not sure, or fancy something different then please message us or stop us for a chat.

Thanks to an overwhelming response my order book for our Bow pop up bakery tomorrow is now closed however I do have a few items unclaimed:

1 x large white sourdough
3 x small rosemary focaccia
1 x small rustic white loaf
1 x spelt & wholemeal seeded plait
2 x cinnamon buns
4 x Leek & potato soup cartons.

After the success of last month, Easterhill Farm Kitchen and I will be back for another BOW POP UP BAKERY on Monday 8th September at 10.30am in the village hall car park.
Ill be bringing:
White sourdough
Rosemary & sea salt focaccia
Rustic white loaves
Cinnamon buns
Leek & potato soup cartons

Incoming to Catkin Blooms tomorrow morning - biscoff & caramel cake (with extra caramel and extra biscoff😉), double chocolate & fruit biscotti and of course freshly baked bread - there'll be crusty sourdough, rosemary & sea salt focaccia and rustic white bread.
For anyone new to biscotti, these are triple baked crunchy Italian biscuits designed for dipping in your coffee, hot chocolate or even your prosecco😄

Cranberry & white chocolate shortbread all ready for our pop up bakery at Chawleigh tomorrow morning. Alongside will be sourdough, focaccias, crispy onion bread and rustic white loaves plus a selection of homemade preserves made with home grown produce.

The Home Kitchen

I can provide you with anything from a single loaf of rustic bread to a dinner party spread for 30 friends, from a special dessert just for you to BBQ food ready to pop straight on the grill. I don’t use set menu’s or prices - I prefer to cook what you want and how you like it. I have a vast array of recipes to choose from or I can reproduce one of your family favourites. Depending on your choice, my food can be fully cooked ready to serve or prepared by me ready to cook in your own home.

Whenever possible I use the best of local suppliers for my ingredients - The Plant Shed, Copplestone and Thornes Farm Shop, Stockleigh Pomeroy for the freshest fruit and vegetables, Clannaborough Barton, nr Copplestone and Cox’s butchers, Crediton for excellent local meat, and even my own back garden when I’m feeling green fingered.

All my food is home cooked, by me, in my own kitchen with no added nasties. I provide full ingredient lists, cooking/serving instructions and use by/best before dates. I’m happy to deliver or food can be collected - whichever works best for you.

On most Saturdays you will find my bread and other baked goods at The Plant Shed, Copplestone.
