Ever stared at a text from your ex and had no idea what to reply?

That's why I created the AI Prompt Toolkit - a free guide with 5 copy-and-paste prompts for Chat GPT to help you spot manipulation, set boundaries, practice grey rock, and reframe negative self-talk.

The first video from our Move Through This series is now available over on our Instagram .

Head over there and give it a try! I'd love to hear your feedback!

Move Through This is a free online resource - real world movement for real world situations. The series aims to give victims and survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control and toxic relationships, the tools to support them through challenging situations; and take the steps to feeling good from the inside out.

Please help me to share the message far and wide.

Behind some smiles, there’s silence. Behind some laughter, there’s fear. Domestic abuse isn’t always physical

Here’s what it can look like:
Gaslighting – making someone question their reality
Monitoring – obsessively checking phones or whereabouts
Verbal abuse – constant criticism or humiliation
Financial control – limiting access to money or work
Threats – using fear to control decisions
Two faces – kind in public, controlling in private

You never know what’s happening behind closed doors.
If you or someone you know needs help, reach out. You are not alone. Call the domestic abuse helpline Essex Compass on 0330 333 7 444 (8.00am to 8.00pm weekdays, 8.00am to 1.00pm weekends) for help and support or visit essexcompass.org.uk

When the system, or the circumstance, leaves you shaken, your body still deserves safety.

Move Through This is a series of gentle, trauma-aware movement tools for survivors navigating court, co-parenting, and moments that leave you tense, frozen, or barely breathing.

No fancy routines. No deep stretches. Just simple movements you can do anywhere — in the car, by your bed, even in a waiting room — to help your body release what it’s been holding.

We can’t fix everything overnight, but we can take one step together, right here, right now.

We’re popping up at patch colchester next Friday 15 August!

Come say hi, have a cuppa, pick up some lovely little freebies, and find out more about what Be More Dandelion is all about.

It’s a chance to chat, connect, and hear how we’re supporting women who’ve experienced difficult or controlling relationships.

Maybe it’s not for you – but maybe it’s for someone you know.

And let’s be honest… everyone knows someone. 💛

Send this to a friend, share it in your stories, or help us spread the word – you never know who might need it.

For the family and friends who care but aren’t always sure how to help…

Maybe you’ve noticed her go quiet after a handover.

Maybe you’ve sensed the exhaustion behind her smile.

Maybe you’ve wondered why she still looks over her shoulder, even though she’s left.

This isn’t just about the past — post-separation abuse is real, and it often hides behind court orders, co-parenting apps, and carefully crafted public images.

At The Dandelion Project, we support those navigating life after abuse — not just leaving, but learning to live, move, and reconnect with their power.

If you love someone who’s surviving this, start by listening.
Then, learn with us.

Support doesn’t always mean solutions. Sometimes it just means staying, seeing, and believing her.

POV: It’s only Week 2 of the school holidays and you’re already running on snacks, stress, and sheer willpower (I see you!)

And while you’re deep in the “Mum, where’s my tablet/toy that’s deffo in the loft/poorly describe item” chaos…

I want to remind you that Survivor Steps is back this September, and we have a limited number of FULLY funded spaces.

A space for women who’ve been through hard relationships and are ready to move differently through life. You don’t want to just survive, you want to be reconnecting with yourself

Because when the summer chaos settles and the kids are back at school, this might be exactly what you need!

Movement has always been my language - a way to express what words sometimes can't.

It's why Survivor Steps exists and why we’re so passionate about using dance and movement to help survivors of domestic abuse rebuild trust, confidence and resilience.

In our latest blog, our founder, Fi Bool’s explore how movement can be a tool for healing, allowing emotions to be processed in a way that feels safe and empowering.

She shines a light on some of Be More Dandelion: The Dandelion Project recent work that featured in Healthwatch Essex Trauma Exhibition at The Minories and is currently on display University of Suffolk.

Movement isn't just exercise for physical health, it isn't solely for your mental health. It goes far beyond this. A way to reclaim your body, your story and your strength.

Let’s be honest… healing is HARD.

It’s messy. It’s painful. And some days, it feels impossible.

But here’s the truth: You don’t have to do it alone.

Movement is one of the most powerful tools to release trauma, regain trust in your body, and rebuild your confidence—and that’s exactly why we created The Dandelion Project.

You deserve support. You deserve healing. And you deserve to feel like YOU again.

❤️ Double-tap if you needed this reminder today. ❤️
