HARRY CAMBRIDGE SOUL ALL DAYER UPDATE
Ladies & Gents please find all the information you need to know for the day.
BRING YOUR OWN PICNIC CHAIRS AND BLANKETS
Doors open at 2pm till 1am
Please ensure if you have booked under a lead booker name and you’re attending on your own, please present the name of the lead book to the door staff so you can be marked off against their name.
Everyone attending will require to wear a wrist band
All bags will be searched by security for contraband and drinks
A burger van will be onsite that caters for all dietary conditions. See flyer below with prices.
The venue (Hazelwood) is providing a different selection foods for all dietary conditions. See green flyer below with prices.
There will be a marquee outside with picknick tables and an outside bar.
Main bar is inside
Toilets are located inside and there is changing facilities with toilets in outside.
Everything is on ground floor level
You are permitted to bring your own chairs and blankets for outside
All the entertainment will be inside the venue, but speakers will be placed outside weather permitting
No food allowed to be brought onsite
Surrey Soul Sensation (SSS) is not responsible for any food vendors at our events.
All food vendors are appointed and managed by the venue, and any issues regarding food, service, pricing, or hygiene should be raised directly with the venue on 01932 750190
