Summer has officially packed its bags, taken the sunshine and left without saying goodbye.

There are now only:

9 weekends until Halloween
9 weekends until Bonfire Night
16 weekends until Christmas
17 weekends until 2027

Yes, Christmas is just 16 weekends away.

Plenty of time… unless you’re the person who leaves everything until Christmas Eve and ends up giving everyone petrol-station chocolates and a suspicious-looking bunch of flowers.

One minute you’re complaining it’s too hot, the next you’re wearing a Christmas jumper, eating your body weight in cheese and saying, “Let’s just start again in January.”

And 2027?

That’s only 17 weekends away — which feels rather aggressive.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the 24 couples who chose to book their wedding with us during August. We’re truly grateful that you have placed your trust in us to help create one of the most important days of your lives.

We also had the absolute pleasure of looking after 51 wonderful couples and 5,563 wedding guests throughout August. Thank you for choosing Wildes and allowing us to be part of your special celebrations. We hope you made memories that will last a lifetime.
