Dark Matter London Dark Matter // The London-based techno & progressive event! Since 2017 Dark Matter has been a popular fixture in the underground London techno and house scene.

Exploring the deeper, darker side of clubbing Dark Matter has focussed on bringing fresh new talent into the scene as well as bringing legends of the techno scene, such as Quivver and Jerome Isma-ae to our loyal fans. Based at Union in Vauxhall, Dark Matter creates a friendly atmosphere whilst showcasing the full range of sounds from House though progressive, melodic techno and all the way into deep and dark techno.

Introducing the first DJ for our Dark Matter Returns @ Loki party, and it’s a debut appearance for Morgan Sowden.

Morgan is a DJ and event producer currently based in London, but has lived in Milan, Prague, Sarajevo, San Francisco and Belgrade. He's followed electronic music from the early days of the Hacienda, in Manchester, and has help organized summer festivals deep in the forests of Eastern Europe.

A big fan of early electronica, Morgan counts "Art of Noise" and Yello's "Pocket Universe" as major influences.

Morgan currently focuses on a unique blend of progressive & melodic techno with a global perspective, ethnic touches and spiritual moments. A keen multimedia artist, Morgan uses his own photography as cover art for releases! A true creative!
