πβΊοΈ see you there !
At Big Health Day this year we'll be using the University of Gloucestershire arena for stalls, so the layout will be a bit different from usual.
The sports hall will be filled with inclusive activities to take part in, and there will be plenty going on outside as well.
We also have eight workshops and seminars taking place throughout the day on June 11.
There are workshops on signing and communication, dementia awareness, healthy eating, reasonable adjustments, annual health checks, deaf awareness, chair exercises and healthy relationships.
These are all free - if you'd like to come to one or more, please use the booking link in the comments.
Big Health Day is a free annual event for people with a physical or learning disability, sensory loss or mental health support needs. It aims to be a fun and inclusive event which encourages people to participate in sport, physical exercise and social activities and to engage with services and organisations which can provide support.
