We are honoured to welcome Sir Michael Morpurgo and Clare Morpurgo to The Yard to celebrate his latest memoir Down Burrow Lane, along with 50 years of Farms for City Children the rural charity they founded together.

LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH COCKTAIL NIGHT 🍸

Join us this Friday 28th August, 6–10pm for an evening of Yard cocktails, pizza, gelato + tunes - to start off your bank holiday right 😎

trashpanda_pizza will be joining us for the evening, with BON & ROSE serving up gelato, plus music from throughout the night 🎶

Expect a relaxed evening in the Yard, seasonal cocktails, the usual bar + softs, + a good vibes with friends.

FYI we will be CLOSED this bank holiday Monday so pop by this week as usual to get your Yard fix ☕️

We are proud to welcome local artist Ingrid Berry to The Yard on Thursday 1st October, 6:30 to 8:30pm, for a very special private opening evening with fizz + canapés.

Ingrid will be unveiling Mother Earth, Father Sky, her new collection of oil paintings and the largest body of work she has created to date. Drawing on time spent with the Sámi, Aboriginal Australian and Native American communities, and conversations with fathers here in Hampshire, the collection explores our connection to land, to the inner child, and to fatherhood.

Guests will have the chance to hear the story behind the collection straight from Ingrid, and first pick of the works before the exhibition opens to the public.

The exhibition will then be open to all in our barn from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th October, 10am to 3pm.

Tickets are £12.00 and available on our website 🤍
