Safety Update from The Giggle Playground
Your safety is always our number one priority.
We are excited to announce that our brand-new Bounce House is on its way! Before joining The Giggle Playground, it has undergone all the necessary testing to ensure it provides a safe, fun, and exciting experience for everyone.
We have made the hard decision to discontinue our Ball Pit Bounce House due to unforeseen circumstances. Since then, we have spent considerable time researching and reviewing a variety of inflatables to find the safest and highest-quality replacement possible.
All of our equipment is UKCA and CE tested, and our new Bounce House is P**A tested to, allowing your little ones to jump for joy safely and confidently.
For added reassurance, all of our equipment is fully covered and registered under our insurance policy, and we also hold a high level of Public Liability Insurance.
Over the past few weeks, we have worked hard to thoroughly inspect, applied and received relevant test certificates, and maintain all of our equipment. This is to ensure it remains safe for every child and family who attends our events or hires our equipment.
We have carried out our essential deep clean of every item (like we do after every use), from our foam floor tiles and soft play equipment to the ball pit balls and our Bubble Igloo, both inside and out.
We only use child-safe cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals and bleach, ensuring there are no harmful residues left behind. This means our equipment is clean, hygienic, and safe for children and adults alike.
Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you are hiring our equipment or attending one of our Stay & Play sessions, you can be confident that your family is in safe hands. Alongside our tested, inspected, and fully insured equipment, we are both fully First Aid trained and prepared to respond to any bumps or accidents should they occur.
