I’m loving having these little chats. There are so many amazing women out there, just getting stuff done. Doesn’t always work, but hey that’s fine, it’s all learning isn’t it?
This is for

Well… I finally did it 😳🎙️

After talking about it for ages, I’ve officially launched my podcast:
Life, Love & Lemon Drizzle Cake.

It’s going to be a space for real conversations about life’s biggest moments, weddings, loss, business, family, reinvention, chaos, laughter… and everything in between.

As someone who completely jumped off the hamster wheel after an MS diagnosis years ago, creating something meaningful like this feels both exciting and terrifying.

The first short intro episode is now live on Spotify, and I’d genuinely love your support.

(Please be kind… I’m new to this 😂)

I provided a service for a lady who had found herself homeless. The love and care from the community absolutely floored me. Remember to show the love ❤️

This is such a good thing to do. As I keep trying to say, talking about your death is so important to your loved ones

We’re inviting you to our Death Café on Saturday 9 May, from 3pm–5pm at Coffee #1, 16 Vicar Lane, Chesterfield.

The event offers a chance to share thoughts about death and dying over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in a relaxed space. ☕

There’s no set agenda. Discussions can range from the music you’d like played at your funeral, to how you want to be remembered, or even what’s still on your bucket list.

It’s free to attend, with no need to book - just come along. Everyone is welcome. 💜

This week is Dying Matters awareness week. It is a chance to promote the importance of having those conversations before someone passes away. Here are some things to think about:
⏰ Don’t leave it to the last minute
📖 Think about memoir journals
📝 Make sure practicalities are written down ( car insurance etc)
☕️ Ever heard of a death cafe? If you are unsure where to start, try one out
