July has always been one of my favorite seasons, but last year July was one that hit differently. This year i have slowly watched the beauty, warmth, and ease slip back in and I couldn’t be more grateful. ☀️✨
Am currently sitting in a Mediterranean seaside, prepping delicious meals alongside one of the absolute best cooks, and soaking in every second. (My kid might be living on pasta on repeat although they have asked for beef tonight, but when the produce tastes like absolute sunshine, everyone wins!) 🍝🍅
Taking mental notes and dreaming up dishes for when we head home to our own garden harvest. Can’t wait to cook for our favorite people soon.
Here’s to the abundance of midsummer, good food, and gentle resets. #

What my clients have been enjoying lately, which means it’s been on repeat on my own dinner menu too. A fusion take on Turkish bean salad with salmon, an Asian-inspired prawn salad, and a picky plate with pickled red onion, tuna, boiled egg, and salad. Summer hosting, sorted! DM us.

What a treat it was to cater this latest birthday celebration! The brief was pure comfort food:
Hearty Beef Lasagna and a silky Vegetable Aubergine Parmigiana.
I have to admit, I’m obsessed with aubergines, so this job was a dream. In fact, we’ve been eating it on repeat at home lately!
The reality at home?
• The Kids: Stare at it, ask a million questions, and then politely decline.
• The Win: Our toy aubergine has never seen more action in the playroom! I’ll take that as a victory.
I’m absolutely loving the process of creating different menus and bringing these flavors to your table. Can’t wait for the next one!

What a privilege to have been part of such a beautiful, blessed day. 🙏🏾

This incredible family celebrated the baptism of their THREE sons, and we had the honour of cooking for them. We worked with the family to create their menu. What I loved about the menu was everyone could eat something including the KIDS!. Safe to say we cooked up an absolute storm! 🌿🍋🔥.

The spread was ready… but the guests were even readier 😄 They dived in before I could even get our finishing touches down and honestly? That’s the biggest compliment we could ever receive.

The feedback was absolutely phenomenal, and it truly means everything to us.

To this beautiful family - congratulations on this incredibly special milestone. Thank you for trusting with your celebration.
