This wasn’t the best decision I ever made. I finished at 2am then my alarm went off at 6.30am so that I had time to ribbon the stems before delivery 🫣.

I am finalising the dates for this years Christmas wreath workshops and will be releasing them for booking very soon.

Spend a lovely few hours creating your very own beautiful, handmade Christmas wreath using gorgeous seasonal foliage, berries, dried flowers and festive decorations to create a wreath that’s completely your own.

I went to the local market in Spain and couldn’t not buy some flowers. I was worried that they wouldn’t last long in the heat but 6 days later and they’re still going strong 💪🏻. Though in hindsight I wish I had bought 10 sunflowers instead of 5 - mental note for next time! 🙋‍♀️

POV: Me convincing myself everyone is analysing my work like they’re judges on a flower arranging competition 👀

Reality? They’re just thinking, “Ooo... pretty flowers.”

Meanwhile, I’m over here questioning every stem, every ribbon, every leaf that dared to point in the wrong direction!

It’s crazy how much pressure we put on ourselves when most people are simply enjoying what we’ve created 😊

Last summer I made this teardrop style bouquet, full of orchids and another pink rose one (3rd photo). With the lack of a bride to model them for me I decided to dig out my wedding dress and have a photo shoot in the back garden - obviously a very normal thing to do. I was on edge that someone might turn up at the door, or the neighbours might look over the fence and see me wandering around the garden in a wedding dress, Monica from Friends style 😆. In hindsight I don’t know why I didn’t just AI a bride in… 🤷‍♀️.

We got married 14 years ago, so the dress didn’t do up at the back. I’d just been for a run so had my gym clothes and trainers on and had to rest my phone on the barbeque. You wouldn’t know that though from looking at the finished photos and I’m really pleased with the bouquets 😊.

Just a little reminder that for every ‘perfect’ social media post there’s a hundred others you don’t see that are full of chaos and ‘unperfect’ reality.
