Plated dinner party catering in London — no queue, no cold plate, no one served last.

A buffet decides who eats first. Plated decides that nobody does.

The last guest gets the plate the first one got: same portion, same temperature,
same garnish. Dietaries are cooked, not picked around at a serving line. And the
room never stands up — nobody queues, nobody’s food goes cold waiting for them.

Braised lamb shank with white beans and pearl onions. Green risotto with shrimp
and caviar. Lamb chops with red cabbage. A seafood platter of lobster, prawns,
squid and dressed crab.

Twenty minutes ago this was a box of courgettes.

We handed the kitchen to a chef for the afternoon. Courgette, spring onion & tomato, a green salad with walnuts, warm flatbreads — cooked in the open, served at the counter, recipe cards for anyone who wanted to make it again.

The best amenity isn’t a thing you install. It’s a reason to come downstairs.
