Looking back on our wedding photos today .

When we got married The Vines of Rochester in 2024 it was perfect- I couldn’t recommend this venue enough.
The building itself is stunning, located a stones throw away from Rochester Highstreet, a place I love so much.
The interiors are dreamy and the staff are wonderful. The food was complimented by all (absolutely delicious!).
I think finding a venue that makes you both feel happy is so important. The history & the decor were the main things on the list for us - Even the bathrooms are gorgeous ! Oh and it’s dog friendly ! 🐾

I get asked from so many of my brides & grooms where I would recommend to get married and for us, this place is magical . ✨
It’s your special day so always find your happy place .

I can not believe you only had 6 weeks to turn this event around .
What a fantastic day, a great line up of stall holders & most importantly money raised for charity.

When life gets abit too hectic, grab an icecream and head to the beach.

It’s coming up to the day I lost my mum this week. I’m really struggling, i’m not going to sugar coat it.
I feel as time goes on, for me, it gets harder.

There’s less people who check in, the world continues to spin and I’m kinda stood there thinking and longing for her to be back with us.

My mum was so easily pleased. A day at the garden centre, a birthday at home with us with a cake and balloons, McDonald’s for a meal out.
This week I’m just trying to do the ‘ simple things ‘ in life & as always, remember her with so many beautiful memories and knowledge that she gave me .

For anyone who knew my mum & me personally, you would know how close we were. There wasn’t a day at that went by that we didn’t see each other. Constantly text and phone when I was at work and spend all our free time together. The whole that has been left in my heart is unrepairable.

I try not to focus on the day she left this Earth as it just kills me. Instead I talk about her to Elsie - Every. Single . Day 🩷.

Not everyone in this world is as blessed as I am to have a wonderful mum like mine and I feel so lucky to have had her by my side for 32 years, I know she’s always with me , especially in Elsie.

Il be back to work Friday prepping for Rochester Air Show @ the airport.
