We have one space left at this lush Saturday morning at the cabin on Saturday the 17th of October. Some Breathwork and yoga Nidra with Helen | Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Anxiety Coach , space to journal and pull cards as well as some signature nature connection in there too! And all from £35…What’s not to love!

Also, I’m throwing out a new brand colour, mostly because I just want a T-shirt in this colour…deep greens are always welcome though and nature is my medicine right now 💚

The thing I have been geeking out over for the last month or so!

If you haven’t been to us yet, this community event is the perfect reason to get down and see where we are and meet the cabin, and is family friendly. And if you haven’t been to us, come spend some slightly more informal time with us, we’d loooove to have you!

What a BEAUTIFUL day with BEAUTIFUL women today at our Autumn Equinox Retreat.

Thank you to everyone in the room who showed up for themselves and for each others today and shared that special space. It felt really magical today.

Jo held space this morning with gentle grounding yoga
We journaled, we rested, we sat with ourselves and then Nikki Bone to Bloom joined us after lunch for making our own smudge sticks and a guided drum journey with her brand new birthed drum who chose us today as her debut 🥁

No pics of yoga because I try to only photograph the space, not the people. This is their quiet place and time to just be their unapologetic authentic selves 🙏🧡

Our Christmas retreat is fully booked but there are 2 spaces left for grabs for our half day retreat next month with Helen | Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Anxiety Coach 💫
