I recently photographed a slightly different subject matter the other weekend, it wasn't a wedding, nor family portraiture - it was instead for a very good cause.
My partner's brother - Matty Sinfield - has undertaken an impressive fundraiser to help generate money for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.
Matt decided that he wanted to do something to help a charity close to the family's heart, and being a keen runner, and not long recovered from a nasty broken ankle, drew inspiration to undertake a running based challenge.
His challenge is to run 17 different parkrun courses across the country, with the first letter of each parkrun event spelling out "MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS".
Matt is currently over half way through the challenge, and I managed to catch him at the Lloyd Park parkrun in Croydon.
I took the camera along with me to capture some snaps of him in action (of which you can see here below - of him participating at the event, and also some snippets of his supportive family cheering him on).
What he's doing is absolutely brilliant, and it's all the more impressive given that he's still suffering with his recovering ankle, but he's determined to see it through and he's also enjoying the experience of visiting many different courses and places along the way.
You can read about each of Matt's parkruns, as he has dedicated a blog to showcase photos and keep all sponsors and keen followers up to speed with his progress:

Should you wish to help Matt towards his target of raising £1000 for the charity, he would be externally grateful to any pennies and pounds that you might be able to spare for this great cause.
He's currently at 70% of the target, so please do feel free to help give him an extra little boost should you be happy to do so - you can place a donation via his justgiving page:

Well done Matt - amazing work! 🙌 👏
