✨ We’re so excited to welcome , owner of , as our guest speaker at this week’s Expectant Mums Coffee Club! 💕

During her own pregnancies, Alex discovered the importance of listening to her body and moving in ways that felt right for her.

Although running the London Marathon at 5 months in her first pregnancy to more recently taking on the Snowdon 10k at 6 months pregnant during her second pregnancy, Alex knows there’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to exercising during pregnancy.

Whether you’re used to high levels of activity or simply want to stay gently active, Alex wants to give you the courage to do what’s right for YOUR body and feel confident to move in your way.

She’ll be joining us to share her story, her knowledge, and practical tips on exercising safely through pregnancy, wherever you are on your journey 💕

Join us this Sunday for a hot drink, pastries and conversation with our community of mums-to-be.

Join us for a fun and supportive fitness club designed for mums of all abilities. Babies are more than welcome, so no need to worry about childcare!
