She said YES ………. This has to be one of the cutest yes to the dresses i have ever seen. It’s not very often we get sons in the boutique but yesterday was different and Kirstys little lad came with her and the emotions where so heart warming …….. this boys reaction seeing his mum in her dream dress was just perfect had us all in tears. I get a lot of brides say how scared they are of this moment, The First Dance....

Now I'm right there with you all, I was that bride last year panic stricken of the thought of my first dance!

Well the best advice that I can give to every and all my brides..... Focus on each other!

It's honestly that simple, lose yourself in each other, have a conversation about the day, Laugh and have fun like you guys would when no one is around, and if you want to have the DJ have your guests join you half way through!

It's a moment you will remember for the rest of your life, enjoy it, absorb it and most of all forget about everyone in the room, focus on you two and it will be over in a heartbeat!

Sooooo excited to show off our newest window display.

After several years asleep, our two giant hearts are now on display at J.Davies Bridal Boutique Carlisle so if you'd like to see what 2,600 individually addressed LEDs looks like head along and check them out (after dusk for the best view)
