Kitchen Diaries with T

(A brand new series of me saying random things, not necessarily celebrant related, thanks to for the idea)

(Not an ad for cheesecake, btw, but it is rather yum! And yes, I did eat 2 squares!)

Ceremonies help us honour and mark important occasions throughout our lives.

Celebrants help you celebrate those occasions in a way that honours you!

Writing your scripts is a process.

I read through your questionnaires, I research, I write, I re-read questionnaires, I listen to music, I listen to your favorite music, I speak to you, I write more . . .

I use notebooks, post-its, spare bits of paper, your ceremony notes. I use colorful pens, highlighters, sometimes even pencils (so much fun to write in pencil!)

I sometimes write at home, sometimes at a local coffee shop or garden centre, sometimes in the park. Often I write in the day, sometimes at night.

Changing where & how I work really helps me focus when I struggle.

It also means I get your scripts complete and perfect for your ceremony!

I'm T, aka, Theresa.

A mamma of 3, dog mamma to 1, sister to 2 younger siblings, daughter to a mom & dad, cousin to a whole host of cuz around the world and of course fabulous friend to those lucky to know me!

I am a fun, feminist, bilingual celebrant, a speaker and a writer.
