Location: Cardiff Castle – Winter Wonderland Ice Skating
Contract: Seasonal (November – January)
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Bring the magic of Winter Wonderland to life! We’re looking for a Skate House Supervisor to lead our team and ensure visitors have an unforgettable ice-skating experience at Cardiff Castle.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support the Skate House team during shifts
• Manage staff breaks and delegate responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a customer-focused setting
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, proactive attitude and passion for great customer experiences
✅ What We Offer
• £15.50 per hour
• Seasonal role in an iconic festive location
