DJ Burn from Cardigan West Wales, chased his dream, moving to Cardiff & creating Serious Sounds rave events to launch himself as a DJ & promoter, with a vision of being a serious force in the scene of the harder styles of EDM. He went from performing to only a handful of people at any event he could get a booking at, to an over night sensation playing on the elite mainstage events to thousands of

people, alongside the superstar artist of the scene. He feels so privileged & blessed to have played at most of the U.K main nightclubs & festivals with the elite DJ's & MC's in the game such as Darren Styles, MC Storm, Endymion, Harry Shotta, Hixxy, Evil Activities, DJ Sy, Kutski, MC Whizzkid, Andy Whitby, Gammer, Art Of Fighters, Anime, Vibes & Livelee, Vinylgroover, MC Charlie B, Joey Riot, Dougal, Mark EG & M Zone & so many more. He has performed at countless events such as Hardcore Heaven, Bionic, Hardcore Evolution, Together Festival, Logic, Slammin Vinyl, Uproar, Hardcore Heaven & Escape to list a few. The truth is: he is relentless, his attention to detail is second to none... he lives & breathes it all. He will practice & promote his beliefs religiously. He won't stop until he's where he wants to be... & then he will set new goals. This DJ is Hardcore at heart but a true specialist multi genre DJ to be reckon with. He's remembered everywhere he's performed at no matter how big or small the event...

From Hardcore to Trance to Techno & even Drum & Bass he's obsessed with all styles of electronic dance music. DJ Burn is a DJ full of energy, technical mixes & dirty scratches. DJ Burn was one half of The Burn & Turbo Show, The DJ & MC combo set the scene on fire with their electric connection on & off the stage... touted by many as the most exciting new combo in Wales in their hayday. DJ Burn has also produced tunes with Al Storm, Kashi, Fallon, The Criminal & Gisbo & all have been signed to successful record labels. Since becoming a father, his dreams took a back seat in life & disappearing completely out of the scene, but of late, the DJ he's risen like a Phoenix... also Resurrecting his beloved Serious Sounds events. He feels he has unfinished business, a story that's still to be told... his passion & stage presence are infectious.

& a true master at entertaining the dance floor.

2011 he was awarded as Wales #1 Hardcore DJ, with many still regarding him as their favourite DJ... he has a strong & loyal fan base, who have supported him from day one back in 2006. He is a real crowd puller & true showman... he's evolved & he's back to finish what he started.

So it's the eve of Serious Sounds #22 ~ District Resurgence at Cardiff, I'm so proud of my beloved rave event as you all probably know. 😉

I'm so excited, yet so nervous. Even after doing it for nearly two decades.

But a huge thank you to all who supported it, promoted it & put up with it... it does consume me. There are many of you behind the scenes who have helped make this happen once again. I could not do it with out you all.❤️‍🔥

I pride myself on making it the best possible experience for all the acts, attendees & all associated with the brand.

You amigos, you ravers are family for life. 💯

Also a special mention to my brother from another, Craig Pedley... he's come on board to help evolve & support SS to the next level. He's done a fantastic job. Pure & passionate as the come. He has experience, skills & it was just what's needed as I struggle to manage on my own with my young children & life in general. Let's enjoy the ride brother, you've been a real diamond.💎
