Wow - how are we in March already? 🌸 February was an absolute whirlwind - it's been so busy with fresh ideas, new events and projects! 🩷 I've spent a lot of the past month being really creative - setting up new templates, learning how to create more interesting video content and crafting new campaigns and imagery for all of the brands I work with. That's the bit I love and I'll be sharing loads of these over the coming month to my channels, once they've been released. 🤩 This coming month is about putting all of those designs and campaigns to the test and using them across print, email, web, socials, Google, Eventbrite and more to get the best result. I can't wait to see how they perform for my clients!

Another incredible event! Very proud to be a part of this fantastic team Scratch Magazine! This competition is HUGE and means so much to so many nail professionals in the UK & Ireland. It was amazing to see all of our hard work come together and create such a momentous & joyous event for the industry! Can’t wait to do it all again next year!

For so many of us who work alone on our own company, it’s easy to become a bit complacent and, I think, a bit disillusioned. Sometimes you have to step away from the work that needs doing and focus on the business you’ve been building to actually see what you’ve created and understand where you want it to go.
For 6 years I’ve been building Watermill Media and I must say, after taking a step back today I’m pretty proud of what I’ve achieved and my ambitions for the company, it seems, are very much possible. So time to keep building and after some of my conversations today at it seems I may have some very exciting and busy months ahead.

Work on Nailympia London started in March this year, so it was incredible to see it all come together at ExCel this weekend! This is actually the 6th year I've worked on Nailympia and with every year I love it more! It takes a lot of work to create something like this - we had over 320 arena seats and 363 online seats taken by 212 competitors, and 50 judges from all over the globe! I'm honoured to be able to continue to work with this fantastic team every year to build a truly outstanding competition for nail artists - I'm looking forward to 2024 already! Photos by Jon Bradley
