Planning for our Sage & Soul Winter Wellness Showcase on the 28th Nov, replying to emails, event bits, ideas for 2027 and all those little jobs that happen behind the scenes to bring our wellbeing events together. ✨

Because Sage & Soul isn’t just about the event days.

It’s about creating spaces where people can pause, connect, discover something new and take a little time for themselves. 🌿💚

✨ Morning lovely people! ✨

It’s Wednesday already… how did THAT happen?! 😂

September always feels like a bit of a reset for me. Summer is slowly winding down, the evenings are changing, and there’s something about this time of year that makes me want to get organised, make plans and start looking ahead. 🍂✨

And talking of looking ahead… Sage & Soul is already planning for 2027! 🌿

The dates are in the diary and I’m SO excited about what’s coming:

K&RYN attended our last event. A fantastic cause to get behind and support if you are able xx every little helps xx

Today kicks off my campaign to raise enough in 10 days to offer hope to 10 people.

On the 10th September is and I’d love to be able to support 10 people who may be struggling but are unable to access support due to finances.

🌿 THE MONDAYIEST TUESDAY EVER… 🌿

Anyone else wake up this morning wondering what day it actually is?! 😂

Bank Holiday Monday has left us all in that slightly strange “I’ve lost track of time” space…

And maybe that’s not such a bad thing. 🤍

Because here at Sage & Soul, we’re all about remembering that life isn’t meant to be one long rush from one thing to the next. Be more like Lottie 🤣🤣👍💗

Sometimes it’s about slowing down.
Taking a breath.
Having a cuppa with nowhere to be.
Getting outside and feeling the sunshine on your face.
Having a proper chat with someone.
Discovering something new.
Finding a little moment that makes you feel more like you again. 🌿✨

And that’s exactly what we’re creating with Sage & Soul — spaces to pause, connect, discover and feel good.

So if Tuesday feels a little too much like Monday today…
