✨ Tuesday Evening Reflections ✨
Some evenings make you stop for a moment and realise just how far you’ve come…
When I first started attending wellbeing events, I was simply a stall holder with a passion for helping people. I know what it’s like to spend weeks preparing, packing the car, wondering if anyone will stop to chat, and pouring your heart into your little business.
Those experiences taught me so much.
I could see there was something missing in our local community, a place where people could discover holistic therapies, unique makers and wellness businesses all under one roof. A place that felt welcoming, supportive and full of genuine connection.
So, with equal parts excitement and nerves, Sage & Soul was born. 🌿
Every event is created with love, care and purpose. I remember what it feels like to stand behind that table, so I do everything I can to make each exhibitor feel valued, included and supported. Because when our small businesses thrive, our whole community benefits.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that we’re also able to support local charities. Bringing people together to shop local, discover amazing wellbeing businesses and raise money for causes close to home feels like exactly what community should be about.
There are moments when it’s hard work. There are late nights, endless lists and plenty of cups of tea! ☕ But then I look around the hall on event day… I see conversations turning into friendships, businesses cheering each other on, visitors leaving with smiles, and a real sense of belonging.
That’s when I know it’s all worth it.
Thank you to everyone who has believed in this little dream, supported an event, shared a post, booked a stall, volunteered, or simply walked through the doors. You’re not just attending an event…….you’re helping to build a kinder, stronger and more connected community.
And this… is only the beginning. 💚✨
