At El Jefe Tacos, we're all about high-end tacos with a relaxed vibe. We obsess over the details, sourcing the freshest ingredients from local Welsh suppliers to bring you incredible flavour experiences. Think Sopa Mexicana, our unique Smoked Beetroot Tacos, delicate Sea Bass Arancini Tacos, succulent Welsh Picanha Beef Tacos, and the sweet finish of Cocadas Blancas.

We had an absolute blast cooking up these beauties for a customer's 18th birthday celebration with El Jefe Tacos! 🤤

Just look at these beauties – crispy, spicy Nashville fried chicken, nestled in warm tortillas, topped with fresh lettuce, hot fermented pickles and then drizzled with our secret cool ranch sauce! Seriously, this sauce is a game-changer. And of course, no taco is complete without a generous squeeze of fresh lime! 🍋
