I keep forgetting to share my latest recipe during these busy summer weeks but, with the courgettes growing like triffids I thought I must be this one out there.

Another courgette idea is tempura them and serve with a sweet and sour dip; pan fry with shallot, garlic, double cream and freshly grated Parmesan. Season S&P.

Just wanted to put a note here to share my recommendation for @⁨Annie A⁩ incredible catering services.

Annie and her team kindly catered my party yesterday. We had savoury and sweet canapés and cocktails served all afternoon. The food was beautifully presented and tasted exceptional. Everyone loved it and could tell the ingredients were premium and locally sourced. Annie helped figure out a special menu and was kind and supportive in the run up the party.

Thanks to Annie and, for anyone looking for creative menus that please a crowd, I’d definitely recommend. x

A fun afternoon with Cocktails & Canapés for a house-warming. Amazing friends got stuck in and helped, Toto was on the bar shaking Hugo’s & Brambles and everything in between. A really lovely private party for some best friends and family. Thank you for entrusting us to your soirée! These are the Smashed Broad Bean, Pea, Mint & Creme Fraiche Bruschetta with Feta. These Middle Eastern inspired lentils are on their way to a party in South Somerset. I got the last pick of the wild garlic in there with with lime, garlic, chilli, Cardemom and spices. Coriander to garnish and butternut squash chunks!
